It's been nearly 24 hours and I've been getting this message the entire time, I just want to recover my account that got hacked into. What kind of error is occuring literally constantly, I've attempted on 3 different devices and they all give me the same error message. Whoever got in changed the associated email and phone number so I can't use those, is there literally anything I can do? I've had this account since the app was still musically.
I got my main account man recently for comments that weren’t even that bad literally there weren’t even any reason to violate my son violated the guidelines no warning no nothing just like I commented like four times in one day got four violations in one day my account gets permanently banned. They tell me that I can email them and plead for my account back And within 24 hours I’ll get a response back. I get a AI generated responsive no sorry you got too many violations in a singular month. Your account is permanently gone and you can recover your data. I will send you all all your data so you can transfer into a new account or whatever and I never got my data. They told me that my data is gone or some shitbecause my account got permanently deleted so they permanently deleted my account because of the AI being faulty on, and they claim that a person will review the band accounts no no you won’t even tell me I could possibly recover my account for legal reasons
