Definitely a scam. Unfortunately, it’s very unlikely that a stranger would ever give you money like this.

I don't know why you would even engage with a message like this, let alone give any information whatsoever.

Yup. They do it by saying they need a fee to transfer it once you agree

Nothing in this life is free (besides the samples at Costco) if someone is offering you free ANYTHING online. It’s a scam

Money is never free and minors shouldn’t answer strangers online offering it to them under random stipulations. Should’ve been an instant deny & block. Do not even speak to these people. It shows them other people will bite on the scam and gives them reason to continue.
