New to TikTok. Anyone have the good/bad?

I noticed that Rising Star is pending for me. Anyone have insight on what the Rising Star program is? I’ve seen a little about it but I’d love some insight on if it’s been good for you or if it isn’t great… the good, the bad and the ugly!
