Did I just lose everything?

Disabled my account because I was spending too much time on it. 3 days later I tried to log back in, it says "Google Login" so I do (with the only account I have). It made a whole new account?? Now everytime I try to login it logs into the new account.

What just happened?? I pressed log in & it made a whole new account....

Edit: i cant even delete it because it wont send a code to my email. Ive been trying for 2 hrs
