"You have to be over 16 to watch..."

Am I the only one seeing these videos that stop a few seconds into them and then a message pops up that says, "You have to be over 16 (or 18) to watch"? The "x" to the message is strategically positioned on the "+" sign to follow the creator. Has anyone else seen these videos? I just roll past them now, but they're so annoying.
