My Tik Tok account got hacked

My Tik Tok account recently got hacked on July 3rd. I went through the process to report it and i haven't heard a single thing back from them yet. They changed all my login information and everything the same day it happened. I had 2 factor authentication on, a phone number, and email yet it still happened. Does anyone know of a way to contact tik tok directly so I can try to get my account back?

Before you do anything else If you have the same password for anything else such as Google, Bank Accounts etc. change it asap because they will probably log in to them. Idk how they could have got through 2FA but they might have access to your email possibly where they have got a verification code from? Or they could have a Clone of your number available which is very unlikely. Not sure but change your passwords asap
