does anyone know why my new tiktok account looks weird?

i’ve had tiktok for years and recently deleted my old account and decided to make a new one - why does it look like this? I can’t even see my other accounts or switch between them, can’t see my profile, can’t follow people, there’s no search bar, and even the settings are limited.

I tried deleting that account and making a new one after updating the app and it then said that my username was taken.

Does anyone know why or how to fix this?
