Age restricted when im not underage

I just got a message from timtok saying I can no longer direct message. They believe im under 16, which im not, and im worried they will delete my account. I was given the option to verify my age, but I dont have a government ID to prove it. I get my drivers license around December. I cant even figure out how to have a parent confirm. I guess I just need to know how long I have before I lose my account or if there is a way to appeal.
