How do you get in contact with tiktok over a major issue?

I was at work today when I decided to check my phone, that's when I noticed I had replies to my tiktok story. This was weird to me since I knew I never posted any story, I haven't actually posted anything in forever. Yet when I checked I noticed my social security card proudly on display with perfect view of the numbers. I just had to freeze my credit but does anyone know how to get into contact with tiktok and if anyone else has had something they didint post get posted on tiktok.
