How to remove specific type of content from feed

My feed has been drowning in stuff recently that isnt topics from accounts i follow and i wanna know how i can get rid of it but the issue is i commented on alot kf the vids and dont think id be abke to find and remove each comment, i didnt like or use the sounds but now everytime i open Tiktok its these videos and i want out. I heard doing the feed reset makes it worse but idk im just tired rn
