Is it simply easier to get views/likes on tiktok vs other platforms?

My artwork does absolutely horrible on every other platform besides tiktok and reddit. I just released my most popular artwork ever that got almost 10000 likes on tiktok, but only 22 on twitter and even less on instagram (granted the audio didn't work on the insta version, something always messes up when uploading on that terrible site).

Is this to be expected, or am I being screwed over on other platforms somehow?
