Are tiktok agency's worth it?

Lately I've had a few reach out to me and I have a few friends who have joined them. Im just looking for everyones opinion on them. I know some people cant wait to join one and others are very hesitant about them. So if you have any experience with them please share them with me! Just looking for some insight thank you all!
