Inappropriate Ads?

I like to scroll tiktok on break at work. However, I CONSTANTLY get ads for NSFW clothing and Lingerie and I HATE IT. I always hit not interested and I keep seeing it. Is there any way I can get rid of it? it makes me so extremely uncomfortable. Any advise would be very appreciated.
