What to do?

I don't have post on my tiktok account, my profile picture there is my face. When I'm trying to appeal, my screen just turns into white. And when I'm trying to edit profile, it's just loading and turns back on my fyp then the "edit your profile we found that your account is posing as another person or organisation in a confusing way bla bla bla" appears again and again
