It’s happened before.(not specifically the spanish content, but definitely the unrelated content part)
It’s a bug, it’ll fix itself/get fixed. The only thing you can do is just watch videos from people you follow/search for content you like until this very annoying bug fixes itself. I hate it too, but there’s not much we can do till the algorithm fixes itself for umpteenth time.
Yeah, all my videos are in Spanish or completely unrelated to anything I’ve ever been interested in.

This definitely isn't just a random algorithm change. Think about what's going on in the news right now. Just wondering who really has control over the platform right now

I’m getting the Spanish videos too. And also getting 6 or 7 lives in a row, not anyone I follow
It better fix itself in a hurry. I just deleted the app.
Or you can simply not open the app at all for a few days.
