My FYP suddenly changed—now showing unrelated content in foreign languages (US-based, English speaker). Anyone else?

As of today, my For You Page has completely shifted. I'm now seeing content that’s totally irrelevant to my interests—and much of it is in foreign languages I don’t speak. Up until yesterday, everything was working normally.

I haven’t changed any settings, location, or language preferences. Is anyone else dealing with this sudden change? Any idea how to fix it or reset the algorithm? I reset the FYP in Settings, but it changed nothing.

Same here, it's like 50/50 live streams and ads. The few normal vids I do get are in spanish with like 5 views.
