Why is everyone on Tiktok obsessed with Chicago? Lmao

I see a lot of Tiktok's talking about different cities, and i feel like i see WAYYYY more hype around Chicago than any other US city, even more prominent ones like NYC, LA, or Miami.

Where is all this Chicago hype coming from out of the blue? Can anyone explain why? Lmao

i’m not seeing chicago hype but it’s obv one of the most popular cities in america. i live an hour away and there’s lots of ppl there and stuff it’s a nice place to go 🤷‍♀️
