STEM page in multiple languages. Is there a way to fix this?

I love spending time on the STEM page of TikTok, it’s super interesting. But a few months ago, the content shifted. I live in the US and only speak English, so videos being only in English have never been an issue for me until a few months ago. Now, 99% of the videos on the stem pages are in Arabic, Spanish, German, etc. and only a few are in English. At first I thought this was an issue with my settings but I don’t have a problem on the normal fyp or anything so I’m not sure how to change it. It could just be that the videos that are trending more are simply these ones in other languages, but I’m just not sure. Does anyone know how to fix this?
