What can I do about age verification?

Hello,

Recently my account got wrongfully age restricted and I’ve been fighting a week long battle to try and get my ability to chat back. I have a 380 day streak with someone and we’ve been able to keep it suspended, but our times gonna run out soon. I sent in as many ways of verification I could, but the problem is I don’t currently have my government issued license on me since I lost it and a replacement hasn’t shown up yet. I finally got the results today and they said I failed, despite me REALLY BEING 17.

The reason I’m worried is because I emailed the TikTok support, and they said once the age verification fails it won’t let me try again. Is this true? Is my account permanently unable to chat anybody? Because I really don’t want to lose the streak I’ve been maintaining for over a year. If not, is there any way to preserve the streak or get chats back somehow?
