can my contacts see that i have a tiktok account

so for reference i created a tiktok account a couple months ago that was supposed to be separate from all the contacts i have and only for me. but i'm worrying that my contacts still might be able to access my account somehow 😭 i haven't put in my phone number or allowed access to my contacts. but i know in other social media apps you have an option to add "people you know," so would i even show up in that list?
