This video advertising these cups as if they were hand crafted by this old and bullied man are clearly scams. These cups are originally made by a company called "nemesis now". I know this is probably somewhat common on tt but I've never seen it get this much attention with everyone seemingly unanimously falling for it, probably just because it doesn't use AI and instead a stolen and recycled clip of this old guy that I can't find the origin of.

If you use Google lens on that old guy you'll find a lot of videos of people marketing their products as if he made them. Literal scumbags for making people feel guilty
I've seen lots of TT accounts with videos like this, mostly showing elderly women making things and each video has over a million views, also with hundreds of comments.
Over on Facebook it's also a trend for this where creators steal other people's craft photos or videos and use the same hook to get thousands of irate viewers praising the work and getting angry about the injustice of the older person looking sad or crying about their crafts.
I've also noticed some of the sites always somehow mention the app Tedoo somewhere in the write app.
I belong to genuine craft groups there and the organisers find it hard to stop those people from using our copyrighted material.
