Fixing my FYP algorithm

My FYP has been getting on my nerve the last couple of days. I try to change the algorithm by searching for things I’m interested in, but all I’m getting is content I don’t enjoy.

For example, I used to enjoy astrology content. I’m not into anymore and haven’t watched these types of videos in months. Now suddenly, my FYP page is full of astrology again, and I’m not sure why or how to stop it.

Are there any ways to fix my algorithm so it can go back to the content I actually want to see?

My fyp has been terrible lately also. Tbh I'm kind of grateful for it because I have been wanting to spend less time on tt.

Mine is absolutely ruined. My Fyp is stuck on Fourth of July for some reason and I get tons of random repeats even though my app is up to date and I refresh constantly. I rarely get any funny stuff anymore. I’m tired of getting videos about shit I don’t care about like love island.
