Can you repost a video that you deleted but under the date that you posted it, not now?

I know it sounds confusing, let me explain: This girl had only one video on her tiktok, and the date was, lets say 06-25, but when i went to her page again after a few days, she had two videos, one on 06-25 and the other on 05-11 (these are random dates my point is that the other video was posted before the first one but it wasnt there until recently). And no, my phone didnt glitch or anything like that, i know that the older video wasnt there
