Cant open TikTok??

Hii so this morning I tried to get on TikTok, and it's just stuck on a black screen? Every time I've tried to get onto the app or on the website it's just a black screen (I'm on laptop) I was wondering if anybody else had this issue and if so please tell me how to fix it. I've already reset the app, deleted the data, and uninstalled and installed it again. It's literally only happening to my TikTok. Thank you!!!
