My account randomly posting random videos with Russian words

So this has happened twice, I changed my password but somehow someone or something is still posting these random Asians or Russians videos on my account and on security nothing shows as well as no notification of being logged into another device can someone please tell me what’s happening and how do I fix this and protect my account?
