I recently had a video get a lot of traction and got a message from these people. The account seems pretty legit, but I just wanna make sure I don’t jump into something that is a scam.

And now they want to repost it, so that their TikTok gets a lot of traction. The "credit" has zero value, they're the ones getting the views.
They want to steal/borrow your thunder. Delete it, block them.

All they want to do is repost your video and give credit. Nothing else. So I don't see that being a scam. And giving credit is what I see a lot of creators not do.
