“Delete for everyone” not working

Today i noticed that the “delete for everyone” one function was gone however it still works for others.

It has nothing to do with the time limit nor anything to do whether the message was seen or not, because ive tested it with with a couple of people and it only gave me the option to “delete for me” which is so useless

Anyone know whether this is a bug or there is a new setting of some sorts?
