Crazy how the 2 exact opposite comments are next to eatch other

An Ookla Speedtest or a very close server might show 0, because it’s rounded down.

While the other guy might be talking about the ping he’s shown from a video game server, further away.

And both results could occur on the same machine. It’s just ignorance.
