TikTok not working

I recently got a new phone (iPhone 16 pro max) and now when using TikTok it doesn’t work. I had the same problem on my old iPhone but after reinstalling it worked as normal, I tried that on this phone, and after reinstalling it works for about an hour. Some further context: I live in china and I’m using a American vpn server
