You didn’t deserve it. You are not alone.

This is for every single survivor of childhood sexual abuse.

You didn’t imagine it. You didn’t ask for it. And you absolutely did not deserve it.

Your voice matters. Your pain is valid. And your healing is possible — even when it doesn’t feel like it.

This world can be heavy, triggering, and often dismissive of the pain we carry. But you’re not crazy, you're not broken, and you are not alone. There’s an army of survivors out here trying to reclaim their peace, piece by piece.

If no one has told you lately: I'm proud of you. For surviving. For still being here. For even just reading this post.

🧠💬 If you’re struggling, vent. If you’re healing, share. If you're just surviving, that’s enough.

Let this be a reminder: You are worthy of love, support, and a life that feels safe.

I really needed to hear this. I was sexually assaulted by a family member and only started talking about it 15 years after it happened. Still haven’t told majority of my family and they’re constantly asking why I refuse to be around him.
