TikTok algorithm is broken???

Is anybody else getting videos that they have already seen from either months or years ago on their fyp?? I woke up this morning and I also had a bunch of random videos that I didn’t like in my liked section, I do know that the videos that I didn’t like are videos that I have seen before also, it even liked an ad for me. I scrolled down for a while and it just kept going.
