Tiktok 3 minute maximum

I live in Australia, was able to post 10 minute videos until a couple days ago, now its makes out at 3 minutes? Its VERY frustrating. Does anyone know why this has happened? Is everyone having this same thing happen? Is there anything I can do to not have that?
