How to download original size gifs and images from comment replies?

I want to save images I find in TikTok comment section. What is the best way to do it? When I use a browser and check the comment it just says "[photo]". Looks like TikTok is trying to gatekeep people's image replies. Is there an easy way to extract the pics posted in comments, with like an emulator tool or something?
