Random Package possibly from Tiktok shop?

Does anyone know if a seller from TikTok shop can send you something you didn’t order? I received an item that I definitely did not purchase or request, and I don’t know anyone who would have sent it to me. The exact item is sold on TikTok shop and I know TikTok has my address in the system from a previous free sample.

Anyone have any ideas on if this is possible/ has happened to anyone before or if it’s just from someone else?
