TikTok bans people for saying Hi and leave something like this as a normal, there's not much they're gonna do about anything right.

bro I've reported like four accounts like that and tt found NOTHING that violated their guidelines 

I reported these to the FBI directly when they came up, but i was getting the ones that were just screen recordings of people scrolling through megadrive folders and offering them for sale by the GB. They were being advertised as OF leaks but all of the comments mentioned children

They banned my movie review account for making a bad review of Jurassic Park Rebirth. I had a still image behind me but they claimed copyright and my account went straight to ban. I've seen hundreds of reviews with still images behind them. It was because I set the movie was trash and my review was getting traction. That's the kind of thing they care about. Can't get in the way of consumerism. That's the only thing they care about.
