Video getting 0 views?

Hey y'all! Quick question, I am starting a small website around selling clothing with memes. Thought of uploading a pretty meh video on tiktok to warm up the account but got 0 views whereas (i know from experience) i should have got at least 200-300 views... Any idea why that is happening?
