Weird TikTok Bug: privacy setting affects audio quality of video?

Hopefully I can describe this well.

I post bass covers of rock & metal songs on TikTok. I play over an mp3 and obviously, the bass should be the loudest thing in the video. I do all my editing in separate programs (Logic/DaVinci) and only use TikTok to add text or maybe a filter.

For some reason, my last two videos have this super weird audio glitch where the singer's voice from the band is super loud and in your face. If any of you have used an "AI Stem Splitter" before, it literally sounds like someone used that to isolate the vocals from the song and double its volume.

Just to be clear, that's not me singing in the video, I'm only playing bass!

The even weirder thing is that this only happens when the Privacy Setting of the video is set to "Everyone." When I switch it to "Only Friends" or "Only You," the audio goes back to normal.

I'm seriously so freaked out about this and not sure to how to fix it. Does anyone have any clue what's going on?

I should also add that this only started happening after I promoted the video. Is TikTok applying some sort of AI Voice Enhancer to promoted videos?

The problem doesn't go away when I cancel the promotion either.
