Tiktok all in russian?

i went on tiktok recently and all of the videos are in russian. everything else is normal, im pretty sure i didn’t get hacked. however, i am currently on vacation in latvia where they speak russian, so im wondering if that could be a factor. i don’t want to freak out, has this happened to anyone else?
