Likelihood of account recovery

My account was hacked last night. They changed my email, password, phone number and username. Truly don’t know how as I had 2 factor authentication on, but here we are. I’ve filed a report and they emailed back asking for my username. Not very hopeful here … anyone know what else I can do to contact them/try to get my account back?
