Should I create a new account or use an old one that has been inactive for years?

Hey, I have a TikTok account that's been hidden for a few years now. For the past few years, I've only used it for commenting and watching, and a month ago I received a yellow warning. It's gone for now. But I'm wondering if it's worth restarting this account with fresh content, or if it's better to create a new account?

My previous content on this profile was about art and music videos, under my name. Now I want to continue developing my brand under my name, but in a different business, showcasing my experience in photography, filmmaking, and graphic design.

Please advise me, because I don't know what to do with it now, and I'm inspired to start recording again.
