I think my account got hacked

So Basically It randomly logged me out and I’ve been trying for a good hour to get back into it but as I tried it said my email wasn’t connected to the account anymore and I didn’t have my phone number connected and I’ve tried contacting support but they’d made it nothing but tedious and frustrating
