Disturbing fake profile activity?

Hi guys,

Im writing this and hoping that somebody can tell me what is going on and how to get rid of it.

There is this one fishy private profile with 11 followers and for the past few months it has been liking my comments that i posted before 3 / 4 years (keep in mind that i dont follow that profile nor it follows me).

I tried to block it multiple times and it stays that way as blocked but after a day, two or a week its magically unblocked and still likes my comments. I checked if anybody is logged into my TikTok profile and there is nobody except for me.

This profile isnt constantly liking my comment but ocasionally it does even tho they were posted a long time ago.

What is this, any clues?
