question - posting outside my home country

I’ve been wanting to start posting a little more on TikTok for the first time in a few years, just any kind of content (makeup, funny, just anything that pops into mind). I live in the UK, but am currently in France on holiday. I’m bilingual in both French and English but would prefer to make English content since that’s my main language. When I’ve been in France, my FYP is usually predominantly French, and when I’d post it would mainly get views and engagement from French people. I was wondering if, while I’m in another country (France in this case), there’s a way of my content being pushed not only to people from said country but to all over the world? Should I wait to return back to the UK before I start posting? Apologies if I’ve explained this badly!!
