RPM Still Dropping

Has anyone else’s RPM dropped endlessly since midway through last month? Mike started at 0.85 and now I’m down to 0.41 . I’m hoping it will stabilize at some point but I am not optimistic. I thought it was supposed to reset at the start of the month. Is anyone else dealing with this?
