Mass report my cousin's tiktok account to delete it. (This is out of context pls read)

Hey yall. My younger cousin just lost access to her tiktok account. (long story but she can't download the mobile app and passkeys don't work without it. no password saved and for some reason the verification codes dont go through.). she wants to just delete it, so could you guys just report the account r0setintedgl4sses for being under 13? (for context she's not but that's probably the easiest one.) Thank you!!
