Does TikTok let you join “creator marketplace” early?

I promise this post is not meant to sound like a flex or anything, just confused. I have 1900 followers but just got the “congrats you are eligible for creator marketplace” message. It then asked me to enter my contact info. It appears that’s something that unlocks at 10k followers and im nowhere near that. Is this real? Should I enter my info or is it a scam?

At 1800 followers I got a message saying I was eligible for the thing you unlock at 5k followers. Are these scams?
