No password??

Literally just tried to make a new account for some different content and I tried to sign into the account on my iPad and I realized when I made the account it didn’t ask me to make a password, so I tried to use the reset password so I could give myself one and it says this. I didn’t make the account through any other platform like Google or Apple or anything, I just used my email and nothing else.
