How much do y'all want to bet that it's an AI slop coloring book?Â
Maybe the idea is that goth people would prefer it remaining in black and white?

"Actual goths"
Ah, gatekeepers <3
Probably if it has ai
Almost 99% sure it's an AI book and if its not they 100% think it is
The coloring book is Ai slop. Lulu is saying goths don't support Ai. OP did not realize the coloring book is using Ai generated images and thinks Lulu is saying that goths hate coloring books.
Is it still a coloring book if you only need a sharpie?
because its an ai coloring book.
Goth man here!
I mean... it kinda depends on what the coloring book is. The "goth girl" thing is something goths fucking HATE because all of us have either experienced or had friends experience (depending on gender/presentation) harassment, disgusting comments, unsolicited touching, outright assault, getting drugged, and having non-goth men completely ruin entire clubs and weekly nights to the point where no one feels safe or comfortable going anymore. Seriously. You people say shit you'd NEVER say to a woman in blue jeans and a pink tank top because you see a goth girl and you first thought is, "Wow, it's one of those porn things! Let me say the most diabolical sentence known to man, right to its face! It'll fuck me then, right? Or be mean to me like in my fantasies! Goth dommy mommy! Hey! Come here and put your mommy milkers on my cock! Oooh, please dominate me dommy mommy!" And you aren't even embarrassed about it. You think goths are inherently kinky and that goth women exist purely for your entertainment.
You think I'm exaggerating? My scene had to pretty much abandon our oldest club. This was the only place in the city that had goth nights for like 20 years. It was the heart of our scene. But they didn't do anything about the non-goth men who started showing up in droves when the goth girl thing got big on social media. They didn't kick them out or enforce rules about conduct because those guys brought in money. One of my last times going there, all the goths got physically pushed off the dance floor when a wave of confused frat boys came in very suddenly and took over. I've had my pictuee taken with full flash by a random stranger in a sports jersey inside a goth club on a goth night, and I'm not even a woman. One of my friends got fucking DRUGGED there, and she wasn't the only one. We have one of the biggest scenes in the country, and by then, goth had been getting big enough again that other goth nights opened up at clubs that were more willing to enforce rules about conduct. So we stopped going to that one. Now they're owned by a new company that's scrambling to try and get the goths back because we were what made their club cool and gave it its identity, and now it's just another club, except it's harder to find and doesn't have parking, so they don't have a niche audience that's willing to go to the extra effort to get to it.
Add to that the fact that the commodification of "goth" and the fact that that label gets slapped on anything vaguely dark or alternative is the reason our subculture almost died, and you can see why people are sick of this shit. You wouldn't call Kim Kardashian a metalhead or call a sad Taylor Swift album "metal," so why do that to goth? Goth is a specific subculture around a specific type of music, but it's been so commodified that we're fighting for our lives just trying to get enough young people to learn what goth music actually is so our community doesn't die out.
So what you have is, most likely, a product that commodifies the word "goth" into something so distanced from the actual subculture that it's practically meaningless and does so in a way that directly and demonstrably contributes to goth women (and people perceived as women) being harassed, abused, and assaulted by random losers who can't differentiate between porn genres and people they encounter in real life.
Yeah, I think I've got a pretty good idea why this person doesn't like the product.
