Totally. Report the account and block it.

TikTok will not send you direct messages, so obviously a scam.

Id assume if it really was a help centre, they'd be verified

Yes we got a similar message. Anybody know what they get out of this? What happens if you say hi?

I had this happen and it is what led me to delete my alternate account earlier this year.

Despite me blocking these "help center" accounts, another would message me; over 20 accounts in a period of four months.

They would even spam my video comments with "warning" messages and did the same to viewers commenting.

Some people just have way too much time on their hands...

Abd those little undermarks on the messager name.. totally fake
