What is wrong with picture comments?(tw, written explicit acts)

Picture comments were added not too long ago, and its horrible, I am not sure how much into detail i can go in this subreddit, or what's allowed or not, so I'll try my best and censor as much as possible.

I think picture comments are a great idea in letting people express themselves more and its a nice and cool idea, but holly cow the implementation is horrible. Every other videos, no matter how innocent the video might be you will see an emoji doing a specific pose with its rear end, or sometimes even a rooster and its eggs just iut there, how is this not filtered by the algorithm? And how come if you report it nothing happenes? TikTok has had problems with explicit content on its app a few times, but it got fixed rather quickly, but this has been going on for weeks now, and to think that children are on this app seeing this is horrible to me. I know that some might say that children shouldn't be on this app, but let's be real here for a second, if you don't have tiktok, you are probably not as popular, because children are cruel. So (not to my liking, but its sadly reality) they have it, and i can't imagine me seeing this as a 13 year old and not getting some damage from it, like actual niche sick f***sh content that can scar a kid and can actually damage there development. This should be fixed, and I can fathom how an app this big doesn't make some change to protect users from content like this.
